Divi Adventure

Finally, the three of us made it.
Divi Adventure today with Abby and Justine. Dixie followed after.

Woke up at 7:00 (Thanks to Abby) and La Stupida me, forgot to bring a big bag to stuff all the potential shopping stuff. Had to rush because Abby was supposed to fetch me at 7:15... eeerr... 15 minutes to wake up, take a bath, dress up and run all the way to the gate. Gah! Brought only my wallet, a coin purse, my phone and myself. Thank you Justine for lending me the small green bag (more of this later)

MRT from Shangri-la all the way to Araneta-Cubao. Ate at Mcdo (Justine and Abby had to use the bathroom). LRT2 all the way to Recto. Hehe! First time riding LRT2. It was so clean and organized... compared to the MRT and of course LRT1. Reminded me of the Bankok Trains. Then a Jeepney ride all the way to Divisoria.

Fun but really tiring!! GAH! My foot had a near death experience due to the heavy walking and people traffic... not to mention the near death experience of my toenails because to the people stepping of my unprotected (i wore slippers) toes and the fast moving pedicabs and slow moving trucks. I wanted to take a picture of my feet but alas! (drama!) no camera. I had it fixed (boohoo!). It's now covered with dust and grime and a V mark (imagine ninyo nalang sobrang dungis na paa na may puting V kung saan yung straps ng slippers).

We went around 168, then on the Tutuban Mall, then to the railway thingy beside it and then to Divisoria Mall.

Badtrip mehn! I really need to loose weight and inches. I saw a lot of stuff that I wanted but alas! (drama ulit) no size. A lot of shoes... no size. A lot of 80s stuff... no size. Nice jeans with awesome backpockets... no size. The world of divisoria, tutuban and 168 is cruel to a girl with big arms, big thighs and overall chubbyness. Thus, I bought only a pair of earrings, a really nice bag and the only shoe that could fit my big, healthy feet. Kasyang-kasya sa small green bag ni Justine.

Three items only. My mom said sayang wala daw akong masyadong binili, sana nag GH nalang daw ako. Pero ok lang. Experience and I want to go back. And if I see that cute Hello Kitty white bag... I'm buying it!!!!

The jeepney ride from divisoria to recto was fun! Even though it was really traffic, polluted and cramp inside the jeep. I think love life ni Dixie and yung paghihirap ng pedicab (ok... now that I think about it, tricycle yata yun) sa Bora of fitting 6-8 people alam na ng buong jeep. Haha!

Over all it was a fun day and all I want to do is take a loooong bath, climb into bed and sleep.
